Full payment, along with a security deposit, is generally required at the time of vehicle pickup. All prices are listed in British Pounds (£) and include VAT as applicable. Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off

Cancellation and amendment policies differ based on the type of booking and the notice given. For precise details, please check your booking confirmation or Rental Agreement. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur charges, so it is advisable to review these terms carefully.

7. Restricted Activities

Prohibited Vehicle Uses

• The vehicle must not be used for any unlawful activities. Activities such as racing, rallying, or off-roading are prohibited. Transporting hazardous materials or sub-letting to unauthorized drivers is not allowed. Operating the vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden. The vehicle should not be used for purposes it was not intended for, nor should passenger or weight limits be exceeded. Driving outside the specified geographical area without prior permission is also prohibited.

Breach of these terms may lead to rental termination and extra fees.

8. Liability Restrictions

To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire Evesham is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the total amount you paid for your rental within the past 12 months. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury due to negligence or fraud.
